Alternatively you can complete our online form. Once we receive your complaint we will look at it and it will be passed onto a member of staff to sort out.

May 30, 2017 · The Care Inspectorate has upheld more than 100 complaints against private sector care home provider, HC-One, in the last three years, the Ferret can reveal. 33 homes, out of the 44 operated by the firm in Scotland, have had 108 complaints upheld against them. This total is greater than any other care provider in Scotland.
