Dec 05, 2019 · This is a complaint against Cigna my health insurance carrier. I've been diagnosed with chronic neurological Lyme disease and had to have a Hickman IV port implanted for a minimum of 3 months of IV medication. After I had the port implanted Cigna then flagged my case and then decided to review my case - again this was after the surgery.
