Incoming calls ring your Vonage home phone and up to two phones linked by the Extensions App. To turn off incoming calls to the app only, open app and go to Call Settings. Open app and go to Recents to block a phone number with a swipe or Call Settings to enter phone numbers manually. Outgoing Caller ID shows your Vonage home phone number.

Vonage has the worst customer service anywhere. They do not provide billing reductions when their service is not working, the chat support regularly drops conversations in mid-stream, forcing the caller to start all over again with another tech.
