So you ask then, why do I go back?? Because it's where my insurance dictates the Pharmacy I go to. If I call I can wait over 10 minutes without being answered, and if I go in I have literally waited over 5 minutes before being acknowledged and I'm the only customer. CVS Pharmacy service is Poor! In all locations! Apparently since CVS has acquired an Insurance Company, they have allowed the Pharmacy service to run into the ground. In my opinion, CVS Pharmacy was one of the best and most reliable at one time. The crew is always short and it takes approximately 1 to 3 hours if you choose to wait.

CVS Pharmacy in Rivertowne = bad service. CVS Pharmacy at Rivertowne, Oxon Hill needs to improve their customer service. First, they made annoying robocalls -- 6x in a row -- that my husband's Rx medication is ready only to find out later that the meds are neither not yet ready nor there is nothing to pick up but there's a refill so we have to take a seat and wait for them to inform us.
