It is January 7, 2020 and still no phone received. I requested for a refund and was told that they don't do refunds for items shipped. I checked the status and it says it WAS SHIPPED ON 02/01/2020. Zero Customer Support. A few years back, I would have recommended DX wholeheartedly, but not any more. I hadn't used the site since about 2017, and although it used to take about 2-3 weeks for deliveries, I never had an issue.
