Some of the tracking numbers never even worked, and DX confirmed that they hadn't even shipped the products. My dispute with them went nowhere, so I got Paypal involved. DX told me to close that dispute as they "guarantee" my order. After weeks of them fobbing me off, Paypal have closed the cases in my favour and refunded me.

In the past, dealextreme have delivered. It may not be dx's fault that the parcel didn't arrive, but the tracking is the only test and i've had to buy another phone elsewhere. What is dx's fault is the complete lack of any way to deal with the problem. So i feel like i've been scammed.
