Very easy process to switch. And all this could have been avoided by E-On if someone had just taken ownership of the issue and applied a bit of common sense - and customer service. To add insult to injury, today I get an email from E On begging me to reconsider leaving (it was literally headed 'Please don't Go'!) and then a phone call.

E.ON's website made it so easy to make the changes and it was a quick process to complete as well. It had all the information that I needed to make the decision on what tariff I wanted. I was very satisfied on how easy it was to make the right decision.

No gas supply after fitting! Meter fitting itself was fine, however the engineer forgot to turn the gas back on. I didn’t realise until I got home to find the heating not working and had to call Eon, luckily half an hour before they closed, otherwise I’d have been left with no heating for the night and/or a very expensive emergency heating call out.
