Good Value from Reliable Company. Good clear pricing and product description on their website made selection easy. For those who are cautious about on-line software purchasing the software is indeed genuine (verified by Microsoft) a check I now always take as I have in the past with other on-line purchases had problems.

When I phoned Ecost.com, their customer service representative acknowledged record of the sale but advised that they had no record of a serial number of the unit. They advised that they would escalate the problem to a manager, and I would be contacted in 72 hours.

Jun 22, 2009 · I would like to have this TV replaced or return it for a refund or credit since it was DOA but eCOST said that because it was refurbished I had to deal directly with Westinghouse. Beyond being the worst customer service I ever encountered, shipping a known defective product to a consumer and not resolving the issue is consumer fraud.
