Nov 15, 2019 · Don't rent an apartment from Fairfield Properties on Long Island. We rented for a year at relatively high rents for a 2 bedroom townhouse in Coram. The rent was $2,395.00/,month, plus utilities with processing fees. To add insult to injury, we moved out on 4/22/2019 and as of today, 8/12/2019, we still haven't received our security deposit back.
