The largest reason, was at the end of the move, when everything was said and done, we tipped each of the four movers 60.00. They then said it wasn't enough of a tip and argued with my wife and I as to why 60 bucks ( for each person) wasn't enough. We also bought the movers lunch in addition to the tip.
