    I take it you have a complaints procedure and book to record complaints in - Ofsted will obviously ask at your next inspection anyway. Sometimes it is easier to come clean and speak to Ofsted than let them hear about if through malicious (sp?) staff or parents.

    I throughly understand that Ofsted have a job to do and that clients need to have this course of action - but for genuine complaints about bad and dangerous practice. I know we complain about Ofsted but they are pretty savvy at picking out malicious complaints and complaints with hidden agendas.

    May 30, 2017 · Ofsted have to log all complaints including the malicious ones and to take all accusations seriously. If you have record of what happened then they may want to review that. Be diligent with your paperwork. Politely point out to the caller from Ofsted that you believe this to be malicious complaint. No need for name calling.
