SDL Property Management. January 2018 got our bi-annual service charge for property management fee 'demand' (sic) from SDL Property Management. We had never heard of this company, never heard of the person sending the demand or the office address on the letter heading. They were certainly not 'your property partner since1989' which was a banner at the top of the letter.
