This is true but they offer a comparable product, great ships, slick entertainment, reasonable drinks packages at a much lower price. If you go with an open mind, you may be pleasantly surprised.

MSC Meraviglia is a beautiful ship. This is my second MSC cruise. I appreciate the fact that this cruiseline does not charge double for solo cruisers. The itinerary was excellent. MSC Armonia is a nice, small ship for a week cruise in the Caribbean. All the staff, except for Customer Service Desk staff, are super friendly and welcoming. Stick to the buffet for food, and definitely visit The Pizza Bar (WOW), and of course the Gelato Bar - neither disappoints.3.8/5(194)
