May 11, 2008 · Optus Customer Relations Group (CRG) do have a 1300 number. That number is not given out though. It's for escalated complaints forwarded to them by the TIO. So try and solve the situation with customer service. If you get no-where, then call the TIO. They will give you the details you need if your concern is valid.
