Mar 18, 2017 · I have just gone through using the TIO after issues with my Optus NBN service. Complaint form was fairly easy to fill in. After sending the TIO some additional info they contacted Optus with my complaints and told me to wait for a reply. About a week later I got an email from the Optus rep assigned to deal with the complaint.

So I asked the operator to note on my account that I have tried to do this but optus seems to send me around in circles. I then contacted the TIO and raised a complaint. I received a call today from optus’s complaints resolution team.
