I have been taking fosomax or actonel( on my GP ‘s and my rheumatologist’s advice) for nearly 10 years. I now have necrosis of my heel bone and can only walk with pain and cannot do all the activities I had planned for my retiremeni. I have been through a bone graft and joint fusio with little success.
