    I too was hit with the RBS attempted charge but my business with Vista Print was at least a year prior. Luckily the night the crooks tried to go shopping using my debit account, there wasn't much money there and VISA was alerted. Like you I check my account often during the day. I don't know why they can't shut the RBS charges down.
