Roto-Rooter required us to buy our own service van, put their decals on and insure the truck at a higher rate and ad them as additional insured. We paid for the fuel and maintenance and if we got into an accident, we were out of work till the van was fixed. We were paid straight commission of 31% to 35% of the labor charged.

I am being threatened with a lean on my house if I do not pay in full for fraudulent services. Do not call Roto Rooter unless you want to end up in court.
