Jul 03, 2015 · As evidenced in my blog, in 2009 only 2% of complaints to the SRA resulted in a solicitor being referred to a tribunal. This is why I would like to see the SRA's “upheld complaints” percentage questioned in order to know that they are providing a valid service to protect the public.
