I took a unicity taxi to and from a party last night and both were pretty good experiences. On the way back me and the taxi driver talked about where he was from and what he wanted to do in the future and it was a good experience. Obviously not all taxi drivers are bad and that's important to remember.

It's useless to make a complaint through the company, because it may never be looked into, or just gets 'thrown away' - best to go above them.
