I have bought several walmart visa prepaid cards and have never gotten the card that they were suppose to send in the mail. The last card i purchased, when i tried to load it, they said i already had too many visa cards and would'nt let me load it, but they said i would get a complete refund in 7-10 buiseness days and that was a month ago.
