Youi are a good, friendly company to deal with. My excess is fairly high but I hope not to have an accident where I am at fault. I took the high excess risk in order to keep my monthly premium down. I now have a "One Stop Shop" for car insurance as Youi now sells NSW Greenslip Insurace on behalf of QBE also.

Apr 15, 2016 · I have all my insurance with RAA, they are not the cheapest but they do not stuff you around. 82 year old Mum did have her insurance for car with YOUI and had at fault accident. YOUI assessor was very patient and offered to write car off as Mum was not going to drive again and w/o was a 50/50 proposition.
