I was a customer but due to a rescue dog I had to change to one used by Dogs Trust. I considered changing back to Your Vets Rayleigh but found that the company had been sold to a large company and that prices had increased and the vets I had had faith in had left. If I knocked on your door and offered to tarmac your drive for £8000 [I'm a landscaper] I'd be arrested and trading standards would want to know how I justified charged over twice the going rate for the work. It seems Vets4Pets are immune to that though, they can charge £1.61 for a £0.59 tablet and that's okay because they're Vets, obviously.

So I give the lady my vets contact details and asked her to phone them to put her mind at rest. I also phoned my vets (of which I have used for several years) and was passed to a nurse who told me there is no such thing as half an injection and told me to pass their number on to the lady and said that her vet was quite welcome to contact them.
