When it came time to move, they dragged out the landline ADSL connection process for *months* without giving any reason, estimate or timeframe for connection, while telling me "it should be connected in two days", over and over, for weeks and weeks ...

Well I currently have two accounts with Exetel and they have been billing me twice and they send me emails stating you are in arrears and I have contacted them twice telling them about the issue but obviously the matter has not been resolved. Im changing my nbn provider. I DO NOT recommend exetel to anyone. For a number of reason.

I have lodged complaints w Exetel and they are not doing anything. Next stop TIO. Netflix at lowest res. Torrents maxing out at 2.5k, etc. it's fine in off peak time but I'm at work so it's not much good.
