I opened an account with the Halifax in Maidstone in 2016 and can't be happier with the service so far. My only complaint is the reliance on telephone's. I don't have any phone and wish that the bank would understand this. Also I will never want contactless banking on any bank cards as the technology is so unsafe for this usage.
