If I could give -0- stars I would. Presently heating oil prices range from a low of $2.39 to a high of $2.79, the latter which Leffler charges new customers. My 85 year old uncle, a customer of Leffler for 40+ years was just charge $4.149 per gallon. They said it was because he was on their "variable rate plan" which has no floor or ceiling.2/5(17)
