So far the response from the school is that the students making the complaints have had either personal or financial issues. In short, this school is the biggest scam going!!! Sep 05, 2007 · I am looking into Dental Assisting as my next career move. I have looked at several schools and all of them range from 6-12 months long. I found one school that is an actual dental practice. They offer 10 weeks of real on the job training and then 60 hours of home study. I am skeptical about this because it seems too good to be true.
