Don't expect a 5 star Motel! I am (or rather was) a new user. I created an account to suit a seller on Adverts who uses this system. This is awful: I paid the seller €5 to cover the costs of sending the parcel, and a full week after the seller sent the parcel I receive an email from Parcel Motel requesting €3.95 to collect the parcel!

I've used parcel motel for at least 3 years and they've let me down 3 times, 2 of those times they went out of their way to make it right. The most recent time I was quite disappointed. Perhaps it's just a business that is hard to scale. Shame, regardless.
