Jul 30, 2014 · I had a fine experience with USAA for my mortgage. It all happened in a timely fashion, and I had no complaints. However, they did sell the mortgage, to GMAC then OCWEN, so it's not like I benefit now from the awesome USAA customer service with regards to my mortgage.
